We have been made aware that a large number of empty alcohol bottles have been found in the lay-bys at Telegraph Woods, West End. This has raised concerns that some drivers may be consuming alcohol before driving, which poses a significant risk to road safety.

Have you seen anyone drinking alcohol while sitting in a vehicle in one of these lay-bys? If this is happening at the time, please report it by calling 101 and make the call handler aware that the incident is ongoing.
